Congratulations! It’s time to finalize your Pillars membership by completing the information below. We will contact you to pick up your key card required for access to our social clubs.

Pillars Club ByLaws

To complete your membership, carefully read our bylaws below. Check each section to acknowledge your agreement.

OBSERVE THE CONE OF SILENCE. Pillars Club is a private space where members can relax, unwind and be themselves. Any conversations taking place at Pillars are considered private, and should not be repeated outside of the building.

DRESS CODE: Business casual dress is acceptable Monday-Friday. Golf attire is also acceptable on Saturday and Sunday only. NO flip flops, sneakers or obscene/offensive t-shirts.

FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE. Members enter the club as many times as they wish during their membership period. If the club is at capacity, we may turn away members to ensure we're observing all local laws. We encourage members to respect those renting Pillars for private functions.

GUESTS ARE WELCOME. Each member is allowed one guest at no additional fee. Up to 2 additional guests are welcomed (total of 3 guests per visit) for a minimal service fee of $19.99 per guest. For larger parties please contact the concierge for accommodations. Members are responsible for their guests' behavior and will ensure all bylaws are followed by the guest, particularly our "cone of silence" requirement. If a guest does not abide by the bylaws, your membership can be revoked without refund.

ALL MEMBERS AND GUESTS MUST BE 21+. No one under 21 years old is permitted in Pillars Club.

TIPS ARE ENCOURAGED. The Pillars Club concierge staff is available to assist you with your membership. They are required to provide excellence service and are permitted to accept gratuities from our members.

FOOD & DELIVERIES. Pillars allows outside food on premises. Food deliveries should be arranged with the concierge in advance. Each location has their own entrance for deliveries. Please speak with the concierge before placing your delivery.

CIGAR CARE. Occasionally we will place a hygrometer in your locker to check humidity levels. Please do not remove them. We urge all members to keep their cigars in cigar boxes or personal humidors while in your locker.

PROTECT YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Your key fob grants you access to all Pillars locations. Do not loan or give it to anyone who is not a member. We allow one free guest to accompany a member, and members will be charged $19.99 for each accompanied guest up to a total of three guests per visit. Your first key fob is complimentary to your membership. Replacement key fobs are $25.

FULL PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF SIGNING. We do not accept partial payments at this time. You will be directed to our payment gateway once you accept these bylaws. Pillars Club will keep your credit card on file for any ancillary charges to your account like products, guest fees or other purchases. We will send you an email with a receipt whenever your card is charged.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS. A corporate membership includes key cards for up to four (4) individuals, but only one locker will be assigned.

MEMBER COMMUNICATION. Pillars aims to keep our members informed of events and other news via occasional emails. We may also notify you by text message with important time sensitive information, like if there is a party being held at a location. You may opt out of these communications.

PARTIES PERMITTED. Pillars Club is a place of celebration and our locations are available to rent for parties. We will notify our members that you will be using the location for a private function, but we cannot deny a member entry if the location is not at capacity. Contact your location's concierge if you want to rent Pillars for your next gathering.

Pillars Club reserves the right to alter the leasing plan at any time, open any locker for maintenance, revoke your membership at any time and close for private events.

Under the terms of this Agreement/membership and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby release and forever discharge Pillars Club including its agents, employees, successors and assigns, and the respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the Liability.
